Org Admins can view the organization’s collections overview by clicking on their profile photo in the top right then on Account.

Every collection’s ID, title, owner(s), and visibility are displayed here. Use the search bar to filter by collection title search bar. Org admins can view all non-private collections in the organization. Click Title or ID in the column header to sort. View a collection by clicking on its title. 

Control a collection’s visibility by clicking on Visible/Hidden. Visible collections will appear on the Dashboard for users in the organization. Hidden collections will not appear on anyone’s Dashboard except the owner’s. Organization members can still view a hidden collection if they have its URL. To control access, change privacy options in collection edit.
