More Options

After clicking New Content, select More Options for other ways to create content. Scroll down this menu for shortcuts for uploading from cloud drives and to search websites such as Youtube, Vimeo, Google Images, and Giphy.

Select from Enwoven

Use Enwoven to select from content you have already uploaded. Click Done to add the content to the collection you're working on. Added content will not contain the content’s original metadata. Use the Copy/Move feature if you want to include metadata.

Placeholder

Placeholder is a useful tool if you want to create an outline for your collection before gathering assets. Fill in metadata for content to create milestones and series and upload media by using Add Media. For any content, you can always replace the media later without having to update metadata.

Record

Use Record to add an audio recording as a content’s media. You will need to allow your internet browser’s request to use your computer’s microphone. After a 5 second countdown, the recording will start.

Note: You must allow access to the microphone before the countdown ends.

Click Stop when you’re done. You can preview or redo before clicking Next. Give your recording a title and click Save. In the content grid, audio content will have a headphones icon on the cover image.

Write

Use Write to feature text as a content’s media. Text that is extra long will be scrollable in content view and series view.
