Cover Image
This image will appear on the dashboard and in the collection header. To upload a cover image to a new collection, enter edit mode and click Add Photo. Upload a photo using one of the upload options. To replace a cover image, click ...Actions under the existing cover image, then click Replace.
Title
The title will appear on the dashboard and in the collection’s header. It should clearly state the focus or theme of the collection. To edit the title, enter edit mode and click on the title field. Make the desired changes. The title will autosave.
Description
This text will appear in the collection header. Use this section to provide more details about your collection. To edit the description, enter edit mode and click on the description field. Make the desired changes. The description will autosave. Use Clear Text to start over.
Introduction
You can add a video or audio note as an intro to your collection. This video or audio note will appear when you click on Play Introduction in view mode. Use it to add more context to your collection.
To add an introduction, enter edit mode and click Add Multimedia Intro. Select Video or Audio and follow the steps to record audio or upload media. Add a caption and click Save. To make changes, go to the header in edit mode and click Edit. To delete the intro, click Remove.
Collection Color
This color will appear at the top of the collection header. To change the color, enter edit mode and click Collection Color. Use the color picker to choose your desired color. Once complete, click Save.
Enterprise accounts can also change the color of their buttons by reaching out to the customer success team at hello@enwoven.com.
Privacy
Privacy settings are displayed in the collection header in edit mode. To change privacy settings, enter edit mode and click Edit privacy. Options will vary depending on your account type.
Private allows access by invitation only. Only invited and logged-in users can view the collection.

Public allows anyone with the URL address to view your collection. These are additional settings you can apply to a public collection:
Password: Add password protection. Viewers will have to enter the password to view the collection.
Open to Contributions: Allow viewers to contribute to the collection. Contributor content must be approved by a collection owner or moderator.
Organization is available for enterprise users and allows all organization members to view the collection. These are additional settings you can apply to an organization collection:
Password: Add password protection. Organization members will have to enter the password to view the collection.
Open to Contributions: Allow organization members to contribute to the collection. Contributor content must be approved by a collection owner or moderator.
Org admins can also control visibility for collections that are not ready to be launched. See Collection Visibility for more details.
Connected Collections
Connected collections are displayed in the collection header. They encourage wider engagement and generate more visibility. To connect a collection, enter edit mode and click Connect a Collection. Select a collection and click Connect It. You can connect any collection you own or moderate.
Collections that are connected will only be displayed in the header where the connection was first made. To remove or edit, click Edit next to connected collections in edit mode. To connect a collection to a milestone, see Connect to a Collection.
Download Collection
Owners and moderators of a collection can download a backup of the content. This includes any images, videos, music/audio, and documents. However, content that is hosted by YouTube and Vimeo will not be included.
To download a collection, enter edit mode, click ...More at the bottom right of the header, then Download Collection. Click Download to download the content as a .zip file.
The .zip file does not include descriptions, dates, locations, or tags you added to the content. Please reach out to customer success at hello@enwoven.com with questions regarding metadata fields.
Delete
Only an owner of a collection can delete the collection. Enter edit mode, click ...More at the bottom right of the header, then click Delete Collection. Read the message and confirm by clicking Yes, Delete. This action cannot be undone.
