To access your account settings click on your profile photo in the top right, then click Account.
Use the left menu to adjust settings for: My Profile, Change Password, Notifications, My Organization, Collections, and People. The left menu appearance may vary depending on your account type and organization role.
My Profile
Edit your profile by clicking My Profile on the Account settings menu. You can make changes to your photo, name, and account email address.
Your Photo
This photo will appear at the top right when you are logged in. To upload your photo, click Add Your Photo. We recommend using a photo of your face or an avatar so that your colleagues can recognize you. To change the image, click Remove and go through the steps to add a new image.
Change Password
To change your password, click Change Password on the Account settings menu. Enter your current password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, and click Save.
Reset Password
Go to enwoven.com. Click Log In and Reset Password. Alternatively, you can use your organization's portal. Enter your email address and click Submit. If you have an account, an email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password. Otherwise, you can signup or request access.
Notifications
To change your notification preferences, click Notifications on the Account settings menu. To turn on browser notifications, click the Turn on button. You can set the frequency for receiving email notifications by selecting Daily, Weekly, or Never.
For collections you are a collaborator on, you can choose to receive notifications for All Activity, Custom, or to Mute notifications. Selecting Custom will allow you to turn on specific notifications for the collection such as editing, creating, team management, contributions, and social updates. For collections you follow, you can choose to receive notifications on all activity or mute notifications.
My Organization
Enterprise users can view their organization settings by clicking My Organization on the Account settings menu. If you are an org admin, you can change your organization's image, name, goal, and see other admins.
Organization Admins
Enterprise users can view their Organization Admins and use their email addresses to request changes to access or roles. Org Admins oversee all an organization’s collections, manage roles, and can make changes to the organization's image, company name, and goal. See Org Admin Tools for more details.
Organization Image
Org Admins of enterprise accounts can upload an organization image. This image will appear at the top left for all organization users. To upload an organization image, click Add Org Photo. We recommend using your organization's logo. To change the image, click Remove and go through the steps to add a new image.
Collections
This view is only available to Org Admins of enterprise accounts. See Org Admin Tools for more details.

People
Enterprise users can view other org members by clicking People on the Account settings menu.
Every organization member’s name, email, and date joined are displayed here as well as the numbers of content created and collections owned. Use the search bar to filter by name or email. Click Name or Email at the top of the columns to sort by name or email, respectively.
Org Admins can add and remove people to and from the organization, manage organization and collection roles, and export signup data. See Org Admin Tools for more details.
